Kurt Angle, who recently signed a new five-year contract with WWE as a producer, has been pulled from WrestleCade, according to Yes Weekly.
In an update, POST Wrestling’s John Pollock tweeted that he has spoken to WrestleCade promoters/officials, who confirmed that Angle’s deposit was returned immediately, but that WWE did not offer any replacement.
As noted, Angle, along with The Undertaker, has also been pulled from the Starrcast 2 convention scheduled for AEW: Double Or Nothing 2019 pay-per-view weekend in Las Vegas, Nevada later this month.
As reported by @yesweekly, Kurt Angle has been pulled from this November’s WrestleCade convention in Winston-Salem, NC.
I spoke with WrestleCade’s Tracy Myers, who confirmed that the deposit for Angle was returned immediately. WWE did not offer a replacement for Angle.
