WWE Hall of Famer Kurt Angle held a Q&A on his Facebook yesterday where The Olympic Hero answered a variety of questions about the pro-wrestling industry. One of the his most notable answers was who he choose to headline next year’s WrestleMania 37 pay per view, which is currently scheduled for SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles, but may be moved depending on the city’s stance on large gatherings in wake of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Angle names a fresh-blood main event, with current WWE champion Drew McIntyre facing former NXT champion, Aleister Black.
Aleister Black vs Drew Mcintyre. Could be next year Wrestlemania main event. Both are exceptional talents.
Later Angle would be asked about the WWE Universe pushing back against Seth Rollins, and whether that stopped him from becoming a top star. Angle responded with:
Seth? I thought fans DID accept him as the main attraction. What planet are you on?? Lol.
