WWE Hall of Famer Kurt Angle recently took to his The Kurt Angle Show podcast, where he discussed how current WWE United States Champion Austin Theory would be a great opponent and test for 16-time World Champion John Cena at WrestleMania 39.
Kurt Angle said:
“I know John Cena is trying to get back at it, and Austin Theory would be a great match for him. He’d be great, great competition. He’d be a great, great test for John Cena, considering he’s an in-ring general.”
John Cena last competed at WrestleMania in 2020 when he lost a Firefly Fun House Match to Bray Wyatt.
