WWE Superstar Lacey Evans took to Twitter to share a personal motto regarding her mental health toughness, and how best to fight off paths of depression.
“Stretch,” wrote Evans. “Drink more water. Write down what’s wrong & 5 ways you can fix it. Don’t just sit there complaining…tired, out of shape & munching on Cheetos while your energy levels drop, your weight rises & your depression creeps into your soul.”
When a fan asked Evans if she ever considered writing a book on mental strength and motivation, she had this to say: “Absolutely. Life is f*cking hard. And there are ways to make the bad into good and keep a positive mindset. I plan to start the book this year.”
