The reason for the recent change-in-color to C.J. “Lana” Perry’s hair has been revealed.
After showing off the new look on her Instagram stories about a week ago, the former WWE Superstar and wife of AEW star Miro hopped on social media again to explain the reason for the change to her look.
Perry noted that she dyed her hair dark for her role as “Tuberose” in the upcoming movie, “Trail Blazers,” which was written and directed by Antonio Sabato Jr., who also stars in the film.
“Should I keep the black hair???” Lana asked in a new post released via her official Instagram page. “I was asked to dye my hair black to play the character TubeRose for @trailblazersfilmofficial @trailblazersfilm.”
The official IMDB synopsis for the movie, which is being filmed in Sante Fe, New Mexico and is due out in 2022, reads as follows:
“A post-apocalyptic fantasy set in the desert of New Mexico. A divinely inspired family must battle the most horrific forces of evil, testing their faith and evolving each of them in miraculous ways.”
