“The Total Package” is honored by the article inked by “The Hardcore Legend” this week.
Pro wrestling legend Lex Luger took to social media on Monday morning to post his reaction to the in-depth article written by fellow wrestling icon Mick Foley explaining why he feels Luger deserves to be inducted into the WWE Hall Of Fame.
For those who missed it, Mick Foley released a lengthy article making the case for Lex Luger to be inducted into the WWE Hall Of Fame via the Web Is Jericho website on Monday morning.
The WWE Hall Of Fame legend would follow-up with a tweet shared via his official Twitter feed (@RealMickFoley) promoting a link to the article and tagging WWE executives Vince McMahon, Paul “Triple H” Levesque and Stephanie McMahon.
Luger took to his Twitter feed after catching wind of the article and tweet about him by Foley, replying to the tweet from “The Hardcore Legend” with some kind words of his own.
“Wow Mick,” Luger’s response began. “Thank you so much for this beautifully written kind and thoughtful article.”
“I admire you as as a fellow performer,” he continued. “But much more so for the positive difference you make in my life and so many others just by being who you are.”
Luger concluded, “Honored and grateful my friend.”
