Lex Luger Reveals Why He Didn’t Come Out With Other WWE Hall Of Famers At WrestleMania 41

One of WWE’s newest Hall of Famers, Lex Luger, was notably absent when the Class of 2025 came out during WrestleMania’s Night One. The other entrants – Triple H, Michelle McCool, Tugboat, John Tenta’s family, Bret Hart & Steve Austin all appeared on stage so Luger’s absence was not only noticeable, but raised some eyebrows too.

Speaking on the Ariel Helwani Show, Luger explained that he missed WrestleMania after suffering a fall at the airport when trying to get into his wheelchair. Coupled with the Hall of Fame ceremony going well into the early hours of Saturday morning, Luger said he was simply too exhausted to attend.

“The next day, on Saturday, I could hardly get out of bed,” Luger said. “So I just called the guys and they were so cool about it and said, ‘Look, we’d love to have you down there. Let’s see how you feel later today.’ But it was obvious by late afternoon that time that I wasn’t going to be able to get out there. Saturday would have been great, but it was a no-go. If I could have, I would have.”
