— Fightfulselect.com is reporting that Adam Cole was backstage at the August 14 episode of AEW Dynamite which might be seen as a turning point in his return to TV from injury. Cole was previously taken off the road “months ago” as traveling was slowing down his recovery but the word is that Cole is set to resume training and is hopefully of returning soon, perhaps as early as next week. He hasn’t wrestled in almost a year, dating back to September of 2023.

— One of the reason that AEW decided to announce the location of next year’s All In before this year’s event even happened is because they wanted to avoid “unrealistic expectations” for a return announcement to the UK at the show this month (as they did last year).
