Tokyo Joshi Pro Wrestling star Maki Itoh is wondering why she doesn’t have a contract offer from a major promotion yet.
Over the last year, Itoh has gained popularity in the United States, after making multiple appearances on AEW television. Maki also made a surprise appearance at AEW Revolution, before returning to Japan in March.
During her recent livestream, the former International Princess Champion mentioned that she’s the top seller on Pro Wrestling Tees, and told viewers:
“Pro Wrestling Tees ranking, sales ranking, I’m number one. Number one! I’m wondering why no offer. I think soon, I can be a star. Every pro wrestling company should offer Maki Itoh (a contract), but, nothing”
It is currently unknown when Itoh will return to the United States.
