Matt Hardy released a video talking about wanting to be more authentic for the fans in All Elite Wrestling on social media on Friday.
The longtime wrestling veteran spoke about wanting to drop the “Big Money Matt” persona in favor of being more genuine in terms of not putting on an act and being more like his true self.
“I plan on gearing more towards ‘Matt Hardy’ going forward,” wrote Hardy as the caption to the aforementioned social media video. “It seems the AEW audience appreciates real, so I’ll focus on being more authentic.”
