WWE Hall of Fame legend Mick Foley has given his hardcore stamp of approval to the Parking Lot Fight between Best Friends (Chuck Taylor & Trent) and the Inner Circle team Proud -N- Powerful (Santana & Ortiz) from the main event of this week’s episode of AEW Dynamite on TNT.
Following the AEW on TNT broadcast on Wednesday evening, “The Hardcore Legend” took to social media, posting a video on his official Twitter feed praising the efforts and the finished product produced by the two AEW tag-teams in their Parking Lot Fight at Daily’s Place amphitheater in Jacksonville, Florida.
The official AEW on TNT Twitter feed re-tweeted and shared the video of Foley putting over their AEW Dynamite main event following the broadcast on Wednesday, September 16, 2020, as did some of the participants involved in the contest.
Featured below is the initial video released by Foley, as well as the subsequent tweets from the AEW on TNT Twitter feed, as well as a tweet from Ortiz of the Proud -N- Powerful duo and AEW President Tony Khan. Also below are highlights of the Parking Lot Fight, which saw Best Friends score the victory, pulling off in the van being driven by Trent’s mom Sue — who flips the camera the bird to end the 9/16 AEW on TNT broadcast.
