After their latest round of COVID-19 testing, more individuals have tested positive for the novel coronavirus.
This doesn’t really come as a huge shock as WWE only recently stepped up their testing and containment efforts, mandating the use of masks at all times (unless they are performing on camera).
This report adds that upwards of 30 people have tested positive since the company began testing but this includes every one under the company umbrella, including wrestlers, interviewers, announcers, ring crew and other backstage personnel.
To date, WWE has administered 1500 tests and the plan is to continue testing everyone ahead of each round of tapings.
