At the second night of NXT U.K. TV tapings at the intu Braehead Arena in Glasgow, Scotland, a new four-man faction was formed featuring a current WWE title-holder and a former main roster WWE Superstar.
Night one of the NXT U.K. Glasgow tapings saw WALTER retain his WWE United Kingdom Championship by defeating former title-holder Pete Dunne in a one-on-one title match. He picked up the win large in part due to interference from Fabian Aichner and Marcel Barthel.
Fresh off of the victory, WALTER came to the ring early at the second night of tapings accompanied by Aichner and Barthel. The trio announced that they were now a united force that will be known as “Imperium.” (PHOTOS HERE)
With that said, another three-person faction — The British Strong Style — hit the ring. Dunne, accompanied by Trent Seven and Tyler Bate, got into a big brawl with the new Imperium trio, leading to a six-man tag-team match between both groups later in the evening.
During the match, former SAnitY member Alexander Wolfe made his expected NXT U.K. brand debut. (PHOTOS HERE)
Wolfe attacked Bate, helping Imperium pick up the win. Wolfe aligned himself with WALTER, Aichner and Barthel, turning the Imperium faction into a four-man group. (PHOTOS HERE)
