A new main event is now set.
As noted earlier this evening, significant changes were being made to the WWE Live Holiday Tour stop at the Mecca of pro wrestling — Madison Square Garden in New York City, New York.
Due to the COVID-19 variant that recently hit WWE like wildfire, the company was forced to make multiple late-notice changes to the WWE Live Holiday Tour event scheduled at MSG this evening.
In an update, PWInsider Elite is reporting that Edge vs. Kevin Owens in a Steel Cage match has been added as the new headline bout.
The match is being promoted as the first time ever that these two will meet inside the squared circle in a one-on-one showdown.
