The NXT Deadline preview has been updated by WWE! Tonight’s event sees the return of the Iron Survivor matches and will air LIVE from The Armory in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
What’s an Iron Survivor match, you ask? This infographic (thanks to Wrestling Headlines) explains the rules as of last year. Hopefully, they rules will be consistent year-to-year. Just giving you that disclaimer, in case. Also, the Iron Survivors will each get a title shot at a future date.
There are five matches on tap for tonight’s premium live event Here’s a quick rundown of the announced card as of the time of this writing:
- NXT Championship Match: Trick Williams(c) vs Ridge Holland.
- Men’s Iron Survivor Challenge Match: Wes Lee, Je’Von Evans, Nathan Frazer, Ethan Page, Eddy Thorpe.
- Women’s Iron Survivor Challenge Match: Sol Ruca, Zaria, Stephanie Vaquer, Guilia, Wren Sinclair.
- NXT Tag Team Championship Match: Nathan Frazer & Axiom(c) vs Myles Borne & Tavion Heights.
- NXT Underground Match: Jaida Parker vs Lola Vice.
