For WWE’s black-and-gold brand, another one bites the dust.
Fightful was first to report the news, which was later confirmed by F4WOnline.com, that Taynara Conti has parted ways with WWE and NXT following a disagreement with the company a couple of weeks ago.
There are conflicting reports in terms of what led to her departure from the company, although the initial Fightful article speculates that it was a financial issue.
WrestleBR, a Brazilian pro wrestling media outlet, published a story claiming Conti refused to work the Women’s Battle Royal on the January 15th episode of NXT On USA, and was out of the company after that. They later reported that she is still under contract.
For what it’s worth, Conti has updated her Twitter profile to reflect no mentions or references to WWE or NXT. Check out her official page @TaynaraConti.
