The card for NXT TakeOver: Toronto continued to take shape on Wednesday night’s episode of NXT TV.
As noted, two stipulations were added to the 2-Out-Of-3 Falls Match between NXT World Champion Adam Cole and Johnny Gargano.
The first fall of the match, as decided by Gargano, will be a “Street Fight” rules contest. The second fall, which was selected by the champion, will be a straight one-on-one wrestling match. If the match goes to a third fall, the stipulation — which has yet to be revealed — will be announced by NXT General Manager William Regal.
In addition to the updates made to the main event, another title match was made official for the live special, which takes place as part of WWE SummerSlam 2019 Weekend in Toronto.

Velveteen Dream will be defending his NXT North American Championship in a Triple-Threat Match against former WWE United Kingdom Champion Pete Dunne and The Undisputed ERA’s Roderick Strong.
The aforementioned title matches joins the previously announced NXT Tag-Team Championship bout, which features The Street Profits (Angelo Dawkins and Montez Ford) defending their titles against The Undisputed ERA’s Kyle O’Reilly and Bobby Fish.
Rumored for the NXT TakeOver: Toronto special is “The Queen of Spades” Shayna Baszler defending her NXT Women’s Championship against Mia Yim.
The show will also include the finals of the NXT Breakout Tournament.
On Wednesday night’s episode of NXT TV, Jordan Myles (a.k.a. ACH) defeated Angel Garza to advance to the finals of the tourney. He will meet the winner of the Cameron Grimes (a.k.a Trevor Lee) vs. Bronson Reed (a.k.a. Jonah Rock) semi-final match, which takes place on next Wednesday’s show.
