At the WWE Friday Night SmackDown On FOX television shoot from the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York, WWE NXT matches were taped for the special Christmas Day and New Year’s Day episodes of NXT On USA.
While the tag-team match pitting Keith Lee & Lio Rush against the team of Damien Priest & Tony Nese is confirmed to be included on the 12/25 episode of NXT On USA, it is unclear if the other two matches — Isaiah “Swerve” Scott vs. Jack Gallagher and Dominik Dijakovic vs. Bronson Reed — were taped for the Christmas Day show or the New Year’s Day show on 1/1.

NXT ON USA *SPOILERS* RESULTS (12/25) & (1/1/2020): BROOKLYN, NY
* Isaiah “Swerve” Scott def. Jack Gallagher in the first of three matches taped for future episodes of WWE NXT on the USA Network. This was said to be a pretty good match, with the crowd solidly behind “Swerve” throughout. The finish saw Scott pick up the “W” via pin fall after blasting Gallagher with a big kick to the back of the dome.
* Dominik Dijakovic def. Bronson Reed in the other singles match taped after WWE Friday Night SmackDown. This was a very physical, hard-fought contest that when all was said-and-done, saw Dijakovic score the victory via pin fall after nailing Reed with his Choke-slam / Power-bomb finisher.
* Keith Lee & Lio Rush def. Damien Priest & Tony Nese in tag-team action in the third and final WWE NXT match taped after SmackDown on Friday night. This was a very Holiday-themed match. Lee and Rush came out wearing Christmas ring attire and the former NXT Cruiserweight Champion was even holding a plate of Christmas cookies. Lee worked the early portion of the bout wearing a Santa Claus hat. The match saw Nese get pounced over the announce table on the floor outside the ring and the finish took place when Rush hit a Frog Splash off of Lee’s shoulders onto Nese for the pin fall.
