As noted, things haven’t been going Paige’s way regarding her rumored legal battle with World Wrestling Entertainment.
Front Row Brian initially reported the news that Paige had retained legal representation to assist her in getting out of her contract with WWE, which reportedly runs through 2019. On Tuesday, he returned with an update that stated WWE was standing their ground in an attempt to avoid similar situations playing out with other talents in the future.
On Wednesday, PWInsider.com provided an unexpected update, as they are reporting that Paige and WWE actually resolved their issues at some point in the past couple of days. Furthermore, they are claiming Paige will make her WWE television return at next week’s edition of RAW, as well as the non-televised RAW live events scheduled for the same week.
Paige has been on the sidelines serving her mandatory 30-day suspension for the past few weeks for violating WWE’s Wellness Policy. Her boyfriend, Alberto Del Rio, also violated the policy and earned himself a 30-day suspension as well, however unlike the former WWE Divas Champion and Total Divas cast-member, he had a clause in his contract that allowed him to part ways with the company.
