WWE Superstar Paige noted via social media on Thursday that she will soon be undergoing one of two separate surgery options recently given to her by the man who will be performing the neck operation on her in the near future.

There had been rumors of both personal issues and injuries involving Paige just a little bit over a week before the news of her first-ever WWE Wellness Policy violation and subsequent 30-day suspension surfaced. Paige, along with her boyfriend Alberto Del Rio, both failed WWE drug tests and were suspended for the exact same 30-day time period. The main difference was that Del Rio parted ways with WWE during his suspension due to a loophole in his contract that would allow it, while Paige, who was rumored to be attempting to do the same thing, ended up denying the reports and announcing her plans for a WWE return.

On Thursday, Paige took to social media with yet another big announcement to her WWE fans, but this time one that probably didn’t elicit excitement.

“Been quiet for a while,” wrote Paige on her official Twitter account on Thursday afternoon. “Time to get the neck fixed so I can come back and kick some ass.”

Paige would go on to elaborate, but via a photo published with the above comments, noting that she was given two different options to choose from regarding the type of procedure she will be undergoing per Dr. Uribe, the surgeon who will perform the operation on the Total Divas cast member.

“Thanks to Dr. Uribe yesterday,” Paige added. “One of the best doctors I’ve ever seen. Gave me two great surgery options. Makes you think about risks you have to take when it comes to this business, the things you put your body through to entertain the masses, Still wouldn’t change it for the world. Tanks to everyone for the continued support.”
