As promised, WWE COO Paul “Triple H” Levesque made a big announcement regarding the NXT U.K. brand on Sunday.

Triple H announced today that the NXT U.K. brand now has new NXT U.K. Tag-Team Championships. The new titles debuted at today’s tapings in Plymouth, England.

WWE posted the following on their Twitter page today to make the announcement.

“Breaking news — Triple H and Johnny Saint unveil the NXT U.K. Tag-Team Titles at the NXT U.K. TV taping in Plymouth. See the very first episode of NXT U.K. this Wednesday at 3pm EST only on WWE Network!”
