According to Fightful Select, WWE is planning to hold the 2023 Royal Rumble Premium Live Event at the Alamodome in San Antonio, Texas, but that hasn’t been confirmed yet. WWE has been holding their Royal Rumble Events inside domes or stadiums each and every year since 2019, with the exception of one year since 2017. The Alamodome in San Antonio, Texas was the first dome WWE held their Royal Rumble at and the only dome they held Premium Live Events for more than two decades.
The last time WWE held their Royal Rumble Premium Live Event at the Alamodome was back in 2017, which had a total of 52,020 fans in attendance and prior to that, the company held the Royal Rumble Premium Live Event at the Alamodome back in 1997.
There’s no word yet on when the 2023 WWE Royal Rumble Premium Live Event will take place, but updates will be provided once it has been made available.
