Shane McMahon announced via Twitter today that Kevin Owens will be allowed to travel and compete with the SmackDown brand on the upcoming tour in Hawaii, China, and the Philippines.
As for Owens’ status for tonight’s live NXT TV show on USA Network, it’s still not confirmed whether he will be making an appearance.
Owens does live in the vicinity of Full Sail University, however, his appearance on SmackDown last night and the announcement from Shane appears to imply as if he will be part of SmackDown moving forward.
As such, what was once a strong rumor of Owens being NXT-bound is now up in the air.

While considering a resolution to this ludicrous lawsuit, I will allow @FightOwensFight to perform on @WWE’s upcoming tour of The Philippines, China, and Honolulu, Hawaii.
