Charlotte Flair, who won this year’s women’s Royal Rumble, and proclaimed that she would be challenging for “a championship” at WrestleMania, purposely not confirming either the Raw or Smackdown titles, is in Orlando for this week’s NXT TV show.
This would seem to strongly indicate that she will be on the show to challenge current NXT Women’s champion Rhea Ripley for the title at WrestleMania 36.
Flair’s presence and challenge for the NXT belt would also be consistent with multiple reports over the past few days suggesting that Becky Lynch vs. Shayna Baszler is locked in for WrestleMania 36 but that Charlotte and Bayley is not something WWE is considering.
