Randy Orton and Tommaso Ciampa have gone back-and-forth on Twitter over the last day, exchanging shots that began when Orton tweeted “Heard #WWENXT #TakeoverInYourHouse was great! Slappin my leg for you guys. Sincerely #legslap”.
Ciampa responded by suggesting that Randy Orton’s matches have been so boring that they have helped getting his daughter to sleep. From there, the feud escalated (seen below) where Orton’s wife, Kim, got involved and Orton even went after a fan who suggested that Backlash will be terrible.
Despite all this, it’s unclear if this is a work or if they are really going at it. One thing to consider is that WWE doesn’t support publicly attacking each other on social media unless it’s leading to a program or for storyline purposes.
