— With all the allegations that come out about former Impact wrestler Joey Ryan (16 stories by different women and counting), some of his closest friends are said to be “shocked” at the developments, noting that they had no idea about this side of him. The Wrestling Observer Newsletter reports that some of his friends even went into “deep depression and soul-searching” as they try to “process the information.” One individual, who is close to the Southern California scene, said that Ryan’s entire life was wrestling but that nobody had any contact with him after 6/21 and likely very few even tried or will try. Even though he hasn’t been found guilty of anything yet, It is believed that Ryan’s wrestling career is pretty much over considering the sheer amount of allegations.
