Rene Dupree has apparently had multiple opportunities to return in front of the WWE Universe.
The former WWE Superstar recently appeared as a guest on the latest edition of the Rewind, Recap, Relive podcast for an in-depth interview covering all things pro wrestling.
During his appearance on the popular program, Dupree made the claim that WWE has “been looking to bring him back for years,” noting he hasn’t pulled the trigger on such a move due to hesitation towards moving to the United States.
Featured below is an excerpt from the interview where Dupree made the aforementioned claim about WWE’s interest in him since he parted ways with the company back in 2007.
