Report: AEW Signs Huge STARDOM Star To Contract

Thekla is officially All Elite.

According to a report from *Fightful Select*, the former Stardom standout has signed a deal with AEW. Fans began speculating during this week’s AEW Women’s Title Eliminator match after a mysterious red and black spider graphic flashed across the screen multiple times—a clear reference to Thekla’s “Toxic Spider” persona.

The 32-year-old Austrian wrestler recently wrapped up her time with Stardom, finishing her run in late April. Rumors of her U.S. move had already been circulating, and *Fightful* noted the AEW deal had “been in the works for quite a while.”

There’s no word yet on when Thekla will officially debut, but she recently hinted at a new chapter on social media, writing that she was “off to new lands.”

Her signing adds to a growing list of former Stardom talent making moves. Mina Shirakawa joined AEW earlier this year after a string of appearances, while Mariah May—another former Stardom star and former AEW Women’s World Champion—has been rumored to be on WWE’s radar as her contract nears its end.
