Impact Wrestling star Chris Adonis, formerly known as Chris Masters in WWE, reportedly suffered an injury during the first set of television tapings held in India earlier this week.

According to Mike Johnson of PWInsider.com, there is no word regarding the specific injury that Adonis sustained during the taping, however he was reportedly sent to a local hospital where he underwent an MRI.

As a result of the injury, Adonis missed the second set of television tapings held in Mumbai this week, however as things stand now, he is still scheduled to team with Eli Drake to take on the duo of Moose and DeAngelo Williams at Impact Wrestling’s “Slammiversary” on July 2nd.
