A longtime behind-the-scenes personality / executive of the pro wrestling business has finally landed in the big time.

WWN / EVOLVE Wrestling promoter Gabe Sapolsky, who has ties dating back to the original ECW and Ring Of Honor days, will reportedly be signing a consultant contract with WWE.

PWInsider.com was the first to report the news this week, noting Sapolsky will be taking the consulting gig with WWE while still maintaining his duties as booker of WWN and EVOLVE Wrestling.
