According to a report by Sports Illustrated, Kevin Owens’ recent promos have been of the unscripted nature. While WWE writers have given him a series of bullet points to work off of, Owens has been going out there without a defined script which the report adds is a sign that WWE not only has tremendous faith in his abilities but that they are giving him an opportunity to jump to the “top of the card.”
Recently AEW was in the news as saying that they will try to stay away from scripted promos and Chris Jericho’s recent promo at Fight for the Fallen was unscripted and something he said that he didn’t need approval for.
