— Amid the ongoing scandal that has consumed WWE over the last couple of weeks, the fallout has already seen Vince McMahon step down and retire from his position as CEO and Chairman while former WWE talent relations SVP John Laurinaitis was put on indefinite administrative leave as he was specifically named in one of the accusations. Laurinaitis is not expected back with the company and his role has essentially been eliminated with Paul Levesque now assuming the title EVP of Talent Relations.
— Another name that hasn’t been mentioned a lot but one who appears to be on the bubble is Kevin Dunn, who is actually still part of the corporate leadership team for WWE as their Executive Producer & Chief, Global Television Distribution. A fightfulselect.com reports noted that several people within WWE expect Dunn to leave the company sooner or later or be forced out if he doesn’t do it voluntarily.
— Other sources within WWE also feel that Dunn’s time with company is on borrowed time, especially now that Vince McMahon – one of his main supporters – is gone as the new regime don’t have the same views of him. Wade Keller of pwtorch.com speculated that Dunn is probably not going to be leaving imminently and could survive for another year or so, but ultimately is not a “Triple H guy” while Brandon Thurston noted that Dunn and Stephanie McMahon reportedly do not like each other, which could be a major issue for him.
