A major spoiler has been released for the WWE’s debut on Netflix.

According to PW Insider, CM Punk vs. Seth Rollins is set to take place on the show, which premieres January 6th 2025. The report notes that WWE wants to begin their Netflix run with a red-hot fued and Punk and Rollins has been in the works for a while. The two were originally set to meet at Wrestlemania 40 earlier this year but the match never happened due to Punks injury.

Insider does specify that “plans can always change” but that this is the direction WWE is building towards.
