Yes, the affects of the launch of the new All Elite Wrestling (AEW) promotion, and in particular, their upcoming AEW On TNT weekly live TV series debuting in October, continue to be felt in World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE).
WWE has opened up dialogue with a number of people about bringing them in and these are people who they’ve “never had any interest in,” according to Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter.
The reason for this is due to WWE’s belief that these individuals could potentially prove to be valuable to the opposition, AEW.
