Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson took to social media to congratulate his daughter Simone Johnson on officially starting with WWE after reporting to the WWE Performance Center training facility in Orlando, Florida this week.
“Dreams ain’t just for dreamers,” wrote the WWE legend and movie mega-star via his official Instagram page shortly after WWE publicly announced that Simone had reported to the WWE PC in Orlando on Monday. “Congrats to my [first] born, Simone Johnson on officially signing her wrestling contract with WWE and NXT and on her way to becoming the first ever fourth generation WWE athlete.”
The Rock added, “Carry our family name proudly, but your road will always be yours to create, earn and own. So proud. Live your dream. Let’s work.”
“The Great One” concluded his IG post, which also included a photo of he and his daughter hugging each other backstage at a WWE event (see below), with the following hash-tags: “#humblehungry, #hardestworkersintheroom, #4thgeneration.”
