ROH: War Of The Worlds Buffalo: 6-Man Tag Title Match Announced For 5/8

Ring Of Honor (ROH) announced Villain Enterprises vs. Jeff Cobb, Yuji Nagata and Satoshi Kojima for the ROH Six-Man Tag-Team Championships next month.

ROHWrestling.com released the following announcement regarding ROH War Of The Worlds: Buffalo:

VILLAIN ENTERPRISES WILL DEFEND THE WORLD SIX-MAN TITLES IN BUFFALO

The partnership between Ring of Honor and New Japan Pro-Wrestling has never been stronger following the historic G1 Supercard in front of a sold-out Madison Square Garden! The fallout from G1 Supercard will be on full display when ROH and NJPW partner once again to deliver the 2019 War of the Worlds Tour! A staple since 2014, the tour is in its sixth year and will feature dream matches, title matches, and first-time matches you cannot see anywhere else with the stars of ROH and NJPW!

To the naked eye, it appeared this winter that “The Villain” Marty Scurll was standing alone in Ring of Honor. Much to everyone’s surprise, as The Kingdom surrounded Scurll in Philadelphia, Brody King and PCO were there to protect and fight side by side with Scurll. That night in Philly, Villain Enterprises was revealed and since then, the trio has been undefeated, winning the ROH World Six-Man Tag Team Championships in Las Vegas!

In Buffalo, these fighting champions defend their titles against the undefeated ROH World Television Champion and two former IWGP Heavyweight Champions!

The undefeated trio of Villain Enterprises put the ROH World Six-Man Tag Team Championships on the line in Buffalo against ROH World Television Champion Jeff Cobb and former IWGP Heavyweight Champions Yuji Nagata and Satoshi Kojima!

Villain Enterprises certainly has momentum on their side as a unit but individually there has been nobody hotter for longer than Cobb! Since winning the ROH World Television Championship in his first ROH match in Las Vegas in September, Cobb has been unstoppable, undefeated in singles competition. In Buffalo, he teams with two New Japan legends!

Yuji Nagata is a two-time former IWGP Heavyweight Champion but is similarly accomplished in the tag team ranks. With Manabu Nakanishi and Watarou Inoue, Nagata captured both the IWGP Heavyweight Tag Team Championship and the G1 Tag League with each. And with Nagata, Satoshi Kojima, also a former IWGP Heavyweight Champion, comes in as one of the most accomplished tag team wrestlers of all-time with partner Hiroshi Tenzan.
