The pro wrestling accomplishments continue to pile up for Ronda Rousey.
The UFC Hall Of Famer and first-ever UFC Women’s Champion was one of the main events of WrestleMania in her first official WWE match, won the RAW Women’s Championship and headlined WWE’s first-ever all-women’s pay-per-view event.
And she’s just getting started!
Rousey added to her growing list of career accomplishments by being ranked number one in Pro Wrestling Illustrated’s “Women’s 100” list. She took to social media this weekend to comment on the honor.
“Humbled by being selected No. 1 in the @OfficialPWI ‘Women’s 100,'” wrote Rousey via her official Twitter page on Friday. “So many talented women could have been chosen. I’m grateful for them all!”
Additionally, “Rowdy” Ronda appeared on the Pro Wrestling Illustrated Presents podcast to talk further on the subject. Check out the complete interview at Podbean.com.
