Raw women’s champion Ronda Rousey recently spoke with TMZ where she was asked about John Oliver, host of HBO’s Last Week Tonight, who called out the WWE for still claiming their wrestlers as independent contractors and not providing them with health insurance. Rousey admitted that she’s still a big fan of Oliver, despite him calling out her current employer.
“I love John Oliver. I’m a huge fan.”
When asked about her post Wrestlemania plans, Rousey stated that it all depends on the outcome of her triple-threat main event with Charlotte Flair and Becky Lynch.
“I don’t know, I guess I’ll have to reconsider my life after Sunday. It’s a do-or-die moment, so we’ll see.”
