— WWE hasn’t announced any inductees for the upcoming 2023 Hall of Fame ceremony which takes place during WrestleMania week in April. On the latest audio show at pwinsiderelite.com, it was suggested that unless he has a prior commitment, Dave Bautista (Batista) is the odds on favorite to be the headliner for this year’s class. Bautista was previously announced for the 2020 Hall of Fame but it was postponed due to COVID-19 and then he was unable to make it work for the following year, but confirmed that WWE would be inducting him at a later date.
–In a couple of weeks, Raw heads to Washington, D.C., which is not only billed as Bautista’s hometown but also where he was born and legitimately grew up so it was speculated that it’s possible that WWE may not only make the announcement at that time, but a possible appearance by the former star could also happen.
