Despite rumors to the contrary, Seth Rollins is denying that he “gave a speech” during the talent meeting held by Vince McMahon with the WWE roster backstage at Monday night’s WWE Raw show in Uniondale, New York.
Dave Meltzer of F4WOnline.com reported on Monday that WWE held a talent meeting before the show to address the Saudi Arabia situation while also indicating that Seth Rollins stood up and attempted to give a “rah-rah” speech to the rest of the roster.
Rollins was quick to step up and denounce that report but Meltzer seemed to double down, prompting Rollins to come at him once again, flat out stating that Meltzer is lying.
Meanwhile the WrestleVotes account corroborated Rollins’ claim, reporting that Seth wasn’t the one who spoke up, but rather it was AJ Styles, who is well respected backstage and whose voice people take seriously.
