It looks like we have a bidder in the running to host WrestleMania.

Tampa, Florida officials revealed that they are bidding to host WrestleMania and/or other high-profile WWE special events/pay-per-views.

Tampa Bay Sports Commission Executive Director Rob Higgins made the announcement this week along with WWE Superstar Titus O’Neil at the Sneaker Soiree event.

“They’ll take some time to evaluate (the bid), and then I’m sure we’ll be in conversation with them to see where it takes us,” said Higgins.
