Tessa Blanchard recently parted ways with IMPACT Wrestling and it didn’t take long for her to get “feelers” from other promotions.
On the latest Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer stated that Blanchard has definitely already been in touch with WWE but he is unsure if AEW has also extended any sort of offer.
Blanchard’s contract with IMPACT was set to expire in a couple of weeks, but the two sides agreed on a mutual release because she wasn’t going to be coming back and hasn’t been interested in attending any tapings since the pandemic began.
Blanchard has already appeared for WWE back in the 2016-2017 timeframe, in both NXT and in the Mae Young Classic.
Despite expectations that the company would sign her, they ended up passing on her and she then spent time with WOW and ultimately Impact.
