On last week’s TNA Lockdown, Mustafa Ali was seemingly written out of storylines with an injury angle and last night on Impact, it was revealed that Ali would be sidelined with a punctured lung.

If anyone was wondering about the legitimacy of the injury, PWInsiderElite.com reports that the injury is real and not for storyline purposes. The report added that TNA expects Ali will be cleared for action at the next set of TV tapings in Texas which will take place in September.
