According to Fightful Select, former AEW Women’s World Champion Jamie Hayter was not present at last week’s episode of Dynamite. Although she initially reported feeling okay after her match against TBS Champion Mercedes Moné, sources within the company indicate that she has not been cleared to return to the ring. If she were available, she would likely have been booked for the show.

The report also revealed that AEW needed to be creative with Thekla’s storyline involving Hayter, which resulted in the lights going out during the segment. There is currently no timetable for Hayter’s return, but AEW is hopeful she will be back soon.

Hayter has not appeared on AEW programming since the Dynamite following her match at Double or Nothing.
