In a memo issued today by WWE President Nick Khan to the company’s employees, it was announced that WWE’s Chief Financial Officer & Chief Administrative Officer, Frank A. Riddick, will be leaving the organization at the end of this month. This marks the first known departure of a WWE executive following the acquisition of WWE by Endeavor and its subsequent merger with UFC under the new parent company TKO Holdings.
Frank A. Riddick has been a longstanding member of the WWE Board of Directors, having served for over 13 years and holding a direct reporting line to Vince McMahon before the Endeavor era. During the pandemic, Riddick assumed the role of Interim CFO and later succeeded Kristina Salen. His elevation to his current position occurred in July 2022.
Before the merger, Riddick was responsible for overseeing a wide range of functions, including financial planning & analysis, strategy, controllership, investor relations, tax, data analytics, technology, event travel, and facilities.
Notably, Riddick was granted a post-acquisition bonus of $5 million just yesterday.
