A top star for WWE’s NXT brand is dealing with an injury.

According to PW Insider, former NXT North American Champion Wes Lee was hurt working the WWE Main Event tapings ahead of the December 16th episode of Raw from Boston. The extent of the injury is not yet known, but the report states that it is either foot or ankle-related. It is also mentioned that WWE plans to get Lee evaluated as soon as possible.

NXT is currently airing its weekly program on The CW. The brand is expected to tape another episode following tonight’s show that will air next week.
