WWE has had its fair of bad luck as of late with Liv Morgan and Zoey Stark being two names who are sidelined indefinitely with serious injuries. There are many more stars who are working banged up including Drew McIntyre, who is off TV in a bit of a break or contractual reasons. Fightfulselect.com is reporting that Damian Priest is yet another star who is working through nagging injuries.

According to the report, while Priest and McIntyre feuded, officials were actually worried more about Priest’s injuries but that he plans to work through SummerSlam since it’s very close to his hometown, New York. Though he did lose a King of the Ring qualifying match that ultimately was won by Cody Rhodes, it is believed that Priest will be featured heavily for that event from a creative standpoint.
