WWE made the following disclosure today to its stakeholders, noting that Karen Mullane has stepped into the role of Controller and Principal Accounting Officer, effective yesterday.
She replaces Mark Kowal, who departs the company after 19 years of service.
Mullane, 56, will report to Kristina Salen, Chief Financial Officer and will be paid a base salary of $415,000 with a $61,500 signing bonus as well as an annual bonus that is targeted at 35% of her salary.
WWE also recently let go Brian Nurse – SVP, General Counsel & Secretary.
He was one of the individuals who oversaw the company’s legal affairs and was also the chief advisor to Vince McMahon on such matters.
