Two more NXT Superstars received their new official WWE ring names this week.
The wrestler formerly known as DJZ made his NXT debut as Joaquin Wilde, defeating Kona Reeves at the NXT live event in Largo, Florida on Thursday evening.
Also debuting a new ring name at the NXT Largo show last night is Shane Strickland. Strickland debuted his new ring name, Isaiah Scott, teaming with Brennan Williams in a winning effort against Brendan Vink and Jermaine Haley in tag-team action.
As noted, WWE announced via their official WWE Performance Center website that five NXT Superstars received their WWE ring names this week.
Trevor Lee, Jessie Elaban, Eric Bugenhagen, Adrian Jaoude, and Luke Menzies were the five talents that were given ring names. Lee is now listed as Cameron Grimes, Elaban is Jessi Kamea, Bugenhagen is Rik Bugez, Jaoude is Arturo Ruas, and Menzies is Ridge Holland.
