AEW has announced that both Rey Fenix and Dr. Britt Baker are out of their respective matches on tonight’s Double or Nothing PPV due to injuries that they suffered on this week’s AEW Dynamite show.

Fenix will be replaced by Joey Janela in the Casino Ladder Match, while Penelope Ford replaces Baker in the match against Kris Statlander.
